Three Peas in a Pod

I'm working in white! It's all I could find.

The last time I worked in white was when my grandmother was dying. She kept talking about her guardian angels.

I was inspired to make three of them. They were willowy and frail, and they kinda freaked me out.

I call this one "Three Peas in a Pod", which harks back to my memory of three guardian angels my grandmother saw.

It's also clearly a play on fertility and friendship and a pun on the original saying, "two peas in a pod".

(There are actually 4 peas!)

Trees of Life Giveaways

These fab bracelets will be given away at The Trees if Life Installation Series.  As project manager I decided to create a quality give-away this year!

These are my designs. They are made with sterling silver hearts, freshwater pearls, limestone skulls, acrylic stars and seed beeds.

I will be making 200.

VALENTINES HEARTS!

For some reason I thought Valentines was on the 17th so I didn't get these to my gallery on time.  Then I realized that these will be cool all year round. They can hang from the wall or just put casually on the coffee table.

These are tough little hearts.

I worked with Swarovski Chrystals, real pink pearls, sterling silver stars and leaves, Seed Beads and white grain skulls. Some have candy resin stars.

Valentines Hearts Step 3

This is where I start to play with the crystals, the silver stars, the skulls.  It takes me days to plot this out.

It is my first bling project so I'm a little insecure.

I have decided however that these are going to be really really cool.🙌💝👍

This is the second step. I have a client who buys anything pink! So I started thinking about pink. Sometimes clients can inform the artist!☺❤❤
